Resumen
Music as a therapeutic foundation has become an opportunity for use in the educational field. The objective was to analyze the level of perception of students in the music workshop at the National University of Trujillo, Peru, regarding the formation of creative musical groups, developed in a blended learning format. The methodology employed a basic quantitative approach, using probabilistic sampling techniques with a population of 209 students, with a 97% confidence level and a 7.0% margin of error. A statistically verified representative random sample of 112 students was taken to administer the questionnaire. The results showed that 17.9% of the students arrived at their in-person classes feeling nervous. The study concluded that the teamwork methodology in the formation of creative groups fosters a collaborative environment that significantly improves interpersonal relationships among members. By working together to generate ideas and solve problems, group members develop communication, empathy, and trust skills, thus strengthening their bonds. Furthermore, constant interaction in a creative environment promotes respect for others' ideas and group synergy, allowing each individual to contribute from their unique perspective.
