Violencia de género: hostigamiento sexual y sexismo en las universidades

Sexual harassment and sexism are some of the ways in which gender violence is manifested and the university campus does not escape this reality, moreover, it is one of the spaces where it is most manifested. As the scene of this type of social anomaly, university institutions, and the individuals who live in it, are called to take the pertinent measures, together with State policies, to eradicate this evil that still afflicts society today. Through the hermeneutical method, the research that some authors have carried out on the subject that they have classified as a recurring evil in the university environment, which negatively affects the academic, personal and social development of the university student, will be compared. In addition, a non-probabilistic sampling was used for convenience where 927 students from I to X cycle of the faculties of Economic Engineering, Food Industry Engineering and Hospitality and Tourism Administration participated; who, after giving their informed consent, responded to a scale of nine beliefs.
